V-MODA M-100: Discussion/Feedback, Reviews, Pics, etc.
For you, yes. But with my luck, I would wind up with one that has this cracking issue. That combined with my ocd of having things perfect as can be, is not something I want to risk spending good money on.- djkgb

Exactly how I felt between the two. 770 anniversary's highs were pretty harsh for my ears. The COP is loads of fun.- djkgb

$50 On-ear help, Noontec Zoro or UE4000
I personally love the 4000's. I'm actually considering selling my Amperior as I like the sound of the 4000's much more. Rich and smooth.- djkgb

Sennheiser Amperior Impressions Thread
This video opened my eyes on how a more rigid earcup can make a difference in regards to the hd25. I wonder if anyone at sennheiser got the idea from this video for the amperior, and now the hd25 aluminum. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHkb4bhdnRA- djkgb

Sennheiser HD 25-1 ii vs Sennheiser Amperior vs Beyerdynamic DT-1350 vs Aiaiai TMA-1 vs Allen and Heath Xone XD2-53
Have you considered the Sennheiser Momentum? They don't have the midbass hump. I find they sound great with jazz, rock, and pretty much everything. You do need smallish ears for them to be perfect.- djkgb

AKG "K267 TIËSTO" - Discussion, Impressions & Review Thread
Quote: I concur. Having to mod a $300+ pair of cans so that they aren't as uncomfortable, is ridiculous. If they aren't comfortable the way they are already designed, they aren't for you. That's like buying a pair of air jordans that are too small, but they'd fit better if you removed...- djkgb

Beyerdynamic Custom One Pros......already broken.
It depends on the return policy of the merchant you purchased them from. There is a warranty of two years from Beyerdynamic if you purchased from an authorized dealer.- djkgb

Sennheiser MOMENTUM Review
"Around age 18, ears and noses stop growing and there is no new cellular development, says Joseph O'Brien, M.D., orthopedic surgeon at George Washington University Hospital in Washington. That doesn't mean the size of people's ears and noses doesn't continue to increase as they age, O'Brien...- djkgb

m50s, m-100, or sennheiser momentum
If you have larger than average-sized ears, momentums and m100's aren't for you and maybe you should consider the k550 or ue6000.- djkgb

Audio Technica M50's or Ultrasone HFI 780? or any other suggestions
The Custom One Pros you can pick up from the seller Razordogdeals on ebay for $150. They are an authorized dealer. That's where I picked mine up from. They are the best buy for that price, by far.- djkgb

Sennheiser MOMENTUM Review
The brightness of the amperiors can be harsh and fatiguing at times. The balance of the momentums is perfect to me. Slightly more punch with the amperiors, but overall the momentums are a more pleasing sound. The momentums are slight to moderately dark, while maintaining detail.- djkgb

Beyerdynamic Custom Ones! New Beyer headphones!
*UPDATE* Still love these phones. Love them more and more. I don't know if it's because they're burning-in more or what. I just traded my Amperiors for a set of Momentums. Although I really like the Momentums, I just can't get enough of the COP's. I just feel my music more with them...- djkgb
