Thanks for this information. I have never thought of the ROI associated with home roasting. Roasted bean prices are rising significantly, while counterintuitively, the weight of a bag goes down. A bag used to be a true pound of 16oz, now a bag is 12oz.

A coworker is in process of refinishing his mexi-teli. Theory is removing the thick finish of polyeurethane and refinishing with a thinner lacquer will enhance tone. He’s having fun with the process if nothing else.

The song that kills me on this album is Shut Us Down. Wife and I saw him perform twice and the second time this was one that he played. The emotion of his effort got me misty eyed and still feel that a little bit every time I hear it.

Reading about Billy Gibbons having Butler tube amps in his Impala is what piqued my interest in car audio.

We have an LG OLED that has been a solid performer for 7 years. Any issues have been related to the wifi/ethernet connection, not the TV.

Samsung plasma here too, at least 10yrs old and still running strong.
