Do these change the sound any? I really like the stock Audeze lcd 4 warmth and low end punch.

To my absolute surprise, the Pmax is giving my $3500 Holo Bliss KTE a run for its money and i think in some occasions, it on par with the Bliss. I think Nitsch has done it again with the Pmax. Its a worthy upgrade over the Magny Piety.

Caldera suede ultra perf pads are in the house. Gonna do a direct comparison with universe perf lambskin pass as those are my go to pads with my Ironwood VO. Also just gonna throw in the caldera ultra perf lambskin pads in the mix just for the hell of it. Will report back soon

I get mu ultra perf caldera suedes tomorrow so i m really eager to try it out on my VO and compare my impressions with you. As for the VC, I never swayed away from the trusted auteur hybrid perf pads.

Any all copper, or all silver or hybrid cable from arctic cable should do the trick.

Not made specifically for the VO, but zmf just released their ultra perforated suede pads for their caldera. Since these have perforations on the inside, it can be safely used with the VO/atrium. I personally prefer the lambskin ultra perforated caldera pads on my atrium.
