For instance, I found that when using Mullard 6080 valves they perform better, that is more clear and detailed, when paired with EZ81. And, to tame the sound of 7236 when I found it not warm enough, I got better sound with EZ80.

Yes, I agree with you. WooAudio WA2 matches perfectly well with the 600-ohms Beyer T1. I love that pair. I am using this match with Bendix 6080 right now but it worked perfectly well with the cheaper French valves, the Thomson CSF 6080WA. Very nice sound too. Changing rectifier valves...

Yes, I agree with you. For convenience WA7 is the one. But I find the WA2 allowing tube rolling a much better option because it allows a fine tuning with the different headphones. I've got many headphones and use them all, rolling from time to time. I've also got both, the WA7 and WA2...

I prefer headphone OTL valve amplifiers, which gets its better performance with high impedance headphones. And this one is not suitable for them, so it's out of consideration. I'll keep T1.1. Definitely.

For 6AS7G tube rollers here .....

Did he use the Old Guy Radiola user name (or something like this) previously? Or I am wrong?

These French valves are also a beauty. And I like very much the clear sound of them too.

I've heard of Darkvoice but I've never had the opportunity to try it.

Nice. The HD650 is also part of my collection. Excellent headphones indeed. HD800 and HD650 are opposite extremes. Both make a good pair. T1 would be a good complement too. Otherwise, another good complement would be the AKGs K712 or Q701.

Right. I've got both of them with the WooAudio WA2 (Bendix 6080, Philips e88CC, Mullard EZ81). The difference it's like you have said. I like T1 the most.

They are from France. Excellent and beautiful valves! Now in my WooAudio WA2. Clear sound. Outrageous box.

It's quite interesting this sentence! There is only one way to make a comparison about music.

I've got 727A and also 007, 009S and 700MKII. I have experienced no problem at all with any of them. In this case, they all sound very good and loud (1/3 power).
