I'm using FLAC on my DX50. I've just recently started obtaining HD tracks. Most of my collection is MP3's in iTunes. I don't need gapless playback. I really don't know what sound signature I prefer. I know what I like! My ear leans toward picking out the drum beats and thumping bass drum...
