Did you find the Abyss Diana DZ pairs well with the HA200? Did you get a wider soundstage compared to the Sol P with the HA200?- treebug

Sol P is very difficult to beat, sounding particularly excellent with electronica. I stopped looking at other headphones after purchasing these a few years ago, which is very unlike me!- treebug

For me, around the ears they are HD800 comfort. The headband has a tight(ish) curve which makes them a little uncomfortable on the head. I place a folded handkerchief under the headband which helps and I can then listen for a few hours before the weight becomes an issue!- treebug

Had them a few years now, using the HA200. Over time the midrange definitely improves and vocals sound lovely. Occasionally there is a little sibilance, depending on the recording, but the holographic soundstage and detail retrieval makes up for any negatives. Best headphones I’ve owned and I’ve...- treebug

Not a huge difference to be honest. Slight increase in the highs as others have mentioned here. Vocals were maybe a little clearer. Glad I tried them but not necessary to have both pads IMO.- treebug

Up for sale are my Ultra Wide pads for the Solitaire P. I recently purchased these new from an authorised T+A dealer in Germany (£190), just out of curiosity to see what a difference they would make to the Sol P. Complete with original T+A packaging (box and foam insert) and paperwork. They are...- treebug

Anyone else with the FM8 remote control finding the battery charge poor? Mine only goes for a couple of sessions (with low use) before needing a recharge. It’s been like this since new.- treebug

I sometimes hear a single "click" from the chassis whilst it's turned on and warming up, or cooling down when in standby. No other sounds though, other than a quiet hum.- treebug

Comfort, build quality. Sound has really opened up. Great soundstage, you can pick out each instrument in the mix, good depth and width, definitely widened over time.- treebug
