Was thinking of using a FiiO E6 amp (my old one kicked the bucket).  Listening to a lot of EDM lately.

Hey guys! I made this thread about 7 years ago and you guys really helped me find a decent pair of 'phones (Equation Audio RP-21s) for the price.  I broke them a year ago and have not gotten around to buying a new pair and cannot seem to find anyone that stocks them anymore.   Any ideas for...

i ended up going with the rp-21s and am very satisfied!

Anyone have any recommendations/warnings about the RP-22X?

So I went to my near by music store and tried on a pair of the RP-22Xs and they were sick. I think I'm going to go with them. Also getting myself a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music card too, so very excited for the upgrade.
