Did the one you buy come directly from Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon) or was it another seller on their list of alternative sellers?

I don't own this headphone but I'm not sure the straight plug is necessarily only on the new model because when I search the Amazon reviews for "straight" plug there are comments about getting the straight plug even back to 2010.

Those look better than the other wooden headphones I have seen. But I prefer the shiny metal look of the ES7 myself.

Hope I didn't sound rude in my response Ronnielee54. I was just still upset with my ebay purchase problems. The open cans are supposed to sound better, but I kinda prefer closed due to all the leaking of the sound out the sides. Thank you for you reply also Jaykay, I appreciate it.

This is probably a stupid question, but are the ES7 headphones any good for using on your desktop computer playing games? Or are they too small and uncomfortable for that? They definitely are the nicest looking I have seen.
