Advice Needed for Portable Cans for an iPod
Akg k26p is very muffled, you miss the highs. But they are a great portable solution, no sound leak and fat bass. They will definately stay on your head while running. You can't use Px100 or Porta Pro in the library. No chance, sound leakage is too heavy.- svanerik

Anyone tried the AKG K26P portable headphones?
The highs really suck and the bass is strong. It is very light-driven. The fit can be a bit painful at times but it gets better when the headband adjusts after a while. I dunno, I think they are OK, even though the lack of highs can be disturbing.- svanerik

IEM: Moving from Etymotic Research ER4 to the unknown.
I used a pair of er-6 and er-6i over the ear shure style but they are not made for that and the cable broke. Wearing the etys this way will not twitch the cable. Great idea nikongod!- svanerik

IEM Durability
The first time I used a pair of shure e5c I sponantiously put them straight in my pocket and went out. I didn't think of them being as super expensive as they are since they felt so durable. But I woke up after a while. Not fun running about with such expensive headphones in the pocket :-I- svanerik

What's wrong with me?
If you feel like this I think you should go back to some "entry level" headphones that you like; Grado SR60 or something like that. Then you use this until you get hungry for more. Your hearing will develop after a while. The clue is that you want to learn more about headphones, hanging on a...- svanerik
