Vision Ears and Rhines Custom Monitors (formerly Compact Monitors)
Thanks rudi.I would like to point out that the design of both IEM is decisive for me.I auditioned the 1+2,amazing SQ indeed but the improper & uncomfortable seal was really annoyed me.Also the cable is too stiff and some disconnections were happened. It just simply not worth that much when I...- spriest

IMO JH13 is amazing but stage 3 is better,a proper seal of IEM is very important.I am waiting for your further comparisons . Also, stage series proved the implementation is more important for sound quality instead of driver stacking.- spriest

Agreed. Actually,Stage 3 is the best IEM I have ever heard and it just a pair of demo unit. Regarding 1p2,I will give it a 2nd try after rudi's impression. Thanks for sharing those impressions!- spriest

Vision Ears and Rhines Custom Monitors (formerly Compact Monitors)
Hi precsmo, That is true. This problem is really annoying and keep people stay far away from 1964Ears and Compact Monitors. It doesn't make sense when I need to wait for 2~3 months for a pair of CIEM. While I heard some Taiwanese mentioned they can receive their 1964 CIEM within or around 1...- spriest

Vision Ears and Rhines Custom Monitors (formerly Compact Monitors)
Hi superachromat, Seems we are suffering from the outrageous and endless waiting for our CIEM from our "lovely" dealer... I ordered the v6-stage 2 months before and they told me I will receive my v6-stage around the end of october...but I feel they still can't make any guarantees about...- spriest

Need advice on first ciem purchase
Depends on your music preference and budget. Anyways,if you only have less than $700 budget , I would recommend universal IEM instead.- spriest

New JH Audio flagship! "Siren Series Roxanne"
Lots of hype detected. Well, driver stacking is never a bad thing for me. IMO,the most important thing I would concern is the implementation.I hope the build quality can as much improve as the price tag.JH audio products' build quality is fairly decent IMHO. I have no interest in the carbon...- spriest

AVOID! Please, for your hearing, stay away from iBasso DX50
Because there were many expectation(pressure) from audiophiles in head-fi and even my local forums.iBasso shouldn't force to release their product too early.- spriest

[Impression] FiiO X3 – High Fi, Low Price.
I was stunned by my fully modded x3 , it's just too good for its price range. Having a wider soundstage and warmer sound signature without any detail loss. Simply an amazing DAP. The only weakness is the GUI is relatively laggy when I am switching the song or browsing folders, anyways it doesn't...- spriest

The Fiio X3 Thread.
Android is a good platform for smartphone and tablet but not for DAP. Dual-Core processor and 1GB Ram are the minimum requirement IMO. My F805 was lag as hell and I can't really enjoy the music, even the sound quality is fantastic. The system stability and implementation are the #1...- spriest
