Just got my M50's, and got a great deal. The salesman matched the online price from BH photo ($99) despite their normal price being $159, and then gave me the 15% black friday discount on top of that even though he wasn't supposed to. So I got them for just over $80. :D

I'm on a college campus, so Beats.   Beats everywhere.   I seriously see at least half a dozen of them every single day, without fail. Mostly solo, but a few studio and pro.

Gotta toss my vote into the Beats Solo camp. They're absolutely gorgeous phones. Too bad they sound so terrible. :(

I'd be really interested to hear what you have to say about the Phiaton MS 300; from what I hear, it's actually quite different from the MS 400 and I'm considering buying a pair either tonight or tomorrow. It would be my first real set of cans, so I want to get as many opinions as possible...

Hm, I'm somewhat torn between the MS 300 and the MS 400... the 300 sounds like it fits what I'm looking for a bit more, but since I wear glasses this talk of clamping down too hard is concerning, not to mention to apparently nasal sounding mids. While I don't care about bass all that much and...
