[FiiO FH7] Flagship 5-Driver (1DD + 4BAs) Hybrid In-Ear Monitors, Knowles DFK + SWFK Composite BA Drivers, 13.6mm Beryllium DD Driver
PPS... @FiiO To elaborate maybe once every year or more your cables fail, either at the IEM end or the plug end and I have to buy a replacement, and at perhaps 100usd per pop, it's not fun. Wow I just checked my mails for orders for cables since 2019 when I got my FH7 - 4 off fiio replacement...- salla45

[FiiO FH7] Flagship 5-Driver (1DD + 4BAs) Hybrid In-Ear Monitors, Knowles DFK + SWFK Composite BA Drivers, 13.6mm Beryllium DD Driver
I've just ordered a set of cables from Campfire, They are a bit cheaper, not much, than the Fiio option. I'm hoping they will be more durable. Campfire Time Stream Cable, MMCX is the name https://www.k55.ch/campfire-time-stream-cable-mmcx-kabel-1-35m.html- salla45

Sadly I am in the same position as you (again). I have had to purchase perhaps 4 or 5 sets of Fiio replacement cables over the last few years of my FH7 use. I have exactly the same issue (again). It's very annoying to have to pay perhaps 100 chf for a replacement cable each time. I've spent...- salla45

[FiiO BTR7] Portable Bluetooth Amplifier, Color IPS display,High-performance DAC ES9219C*2,THX AAA-28*2 amps,3.5+4.4mm outputs,One-click “dongle” mode
Got a BTR7 recently, replacing the IFI GO which had some issues, having been dropped one too many times. I was v pleased with the IFI GO, but the BTR7 is really a do-all sort of product. It works seamlessly as a USB dac or BT dongle. Sound is fab, incisive, powerful, noise-free. Really good...- salla45

Well... if you're careful with a couple of pairs of pliers, the superglue can be broken, the faces carefully cleaned up and then resealed. I had to redo them in fact as the connection was not quite perfect on the first attempt. Now it's been a few months and they're working fine, touch wood...- salla45

iFi audio GO blu - Super small. Super light. Super Sound.
Yes definitely 10 digit code needed. I opened a ticked with IFI and got confirmation on that. Now I uploaded the latest firmware via Gaia App and it's certainly less cranky with Windows 11 viz volume controling. Beware Tidal though; best not use the "set tidal volume at max" feature, as it...- salla45

Further observations, the Go Blu feels much more like a mini-DAC/Amp than a bluetooth dongle than the BTR3 or BTR5, which have both hitherto been my go-to BT devices til now. I've been really messing around with various DAPs and phones with the Go Blu since yesterday. It's a really fun device...- salla45

Ok, so I got the Ifi Go Blu. Mighty impressive. Really enjoying it immediately. Super sound, no noticeable noise via Fiio FH7, 4.4mm balanced. Lovely sound, either wired or wireless. Definitely a keeper. Working out a way of velcro-ing a clip to it now. Noticeably low noise interference when...- salla45
