  I had to do some repairs on my pair after the highest frequency driver on the right side kept cutting out and took a pic of the inside if anyone's interested.  I was a little sad to see that the wiring was very tangled and unorganized.

Does anyone else have volume imbalance between the left and right channel at low volumes?  I notice it with both over ear headphones and IEMs.  It's definitely noticeable up to a low-moderate volume level.

Does anyone have experience with both the sm64s and the Velvets?  I was wondering if the difference is worth the ~200 dollar difference.

Do you have any recommendations of some good orchestral music?  I've listened to some classical here and there throughout the years, but I've been slightly overwhelmed by how much quantity and variety there is.  

One instrument that blew me away more than anything else when using the NHs is trumpet.  It's frequency is high enough that the strong mid-bass doesn't kick in, leading to a super smooth and clean sound which when combined with the NH's dark signature, means there's also an absence of sibilance...

Does anyone have any impressions of the soundstage of the eg-8 with reference to the eq-5?  I found the eq-5 to have a wide soundstage to the left and right, but not much up, down, in, or out.
