Exactely, that's the one my mjölnir came with. Working at least with one dap. @aaf evo, always make sure mjölnir is running before plugging the cable. Otherwise it will not recognize that an external device is connected.

I see mine is different. Try to plug and when failing change the cables direction. But there is a good chance for failing again unfortunatelly...

😉 the 4 i had at home after receiving mjölnir failed all.. now i have a couple more failing. Soon i open a store..

With the provided cable you have to plug in the right direction. On dap side lotoo brand end, on mjölnir side the "U>" branded end.

If you see that screen you have to check another cable. That one never runs.

I bought 5 usb c cables for mjölnir-dap-connection. Some are not working at all, one with that dap, but not with others, another one with only a different dap.. quite annoying. Original mjölnir cable is also working only with one dap. At least you'll see it fast, when it's working (screen with...

I am on gain I, but rest is in identical setup: streaming on 320max. Out of pb5 the background is as black as night when iems (rn6, fei wan) are attached. No hiss or any distortion. Seems like your unit is faulty. Hope you will get an exchange soon, as pb5 brings my max to a new shiny level.

I have neutron installed and it sounds very clear, balanced and just proper. Better than mango os, little better than mango app. Have you checked the settings?
