I've got a set of iGrados that have a cable shorting out.  While searching around for recable wire suggestions, I found this thread.  Now I'd like to try and turn these drivers into a set of BilaGrados.  Since cable, cups and headband pads are all easy to recreate or find, the only parts I lack...

Anyone find their iPhone gets damn hot when using their LOD? The only other time I feel this thing get this hot is when I'm running some serious apps or I've been on 3G data for a while. Battery life also seems to drain off really fast.
