does it need an amp to sound better than the m-80? i understand this was asked already but its a real pain to navigate through all of these pages for the answer.

thank you for the quick reply. the one that interests me the most is the sr80, however i heard that it is only a minor upgrade from the sr60. is their a reason why he didnt post anything about the sr125? i like the grado sound signature alot.
