Thanks Nate - you've given me plenty to chew on. I'm not really bothered about portability so you're on the right track.- paolo99

Headphone amp for Sennheisers - help
I have 650s, 595s and 555s. I really want a headphone amp to give my integrated Cambridge Azur amp a kick up the arse. But I am soooo confused by all the threads on here. Do I need a Gilmore Lite or a Headsave Classic (not that they're made anymore)? I can spend up to about £300 ($550ish)...- paolo99

PROBLEM WITH HD650s

I bought them from a dealer on ebay and I'm starting to think that they may not be authentic, although the dealer has...- paolo99

Headphone amp for HD650s - do I need one?
Hello chaps, I'm new here so expect some stupid questions. Here's my first. I've just purchased some Sennheiser HD650s. I have a Cambridge Azur 640a amp. Do I need to buy a headphone amp to drive the 650s or will the amp be up to the job? Please be aware that I'm about as techno-competent as a...- paolo99
