    As a DAC alone Gumby (At a bit higher price though) does a much better job. Way better dynamics and agreeable tone/timbre. At a much lower price, get a Vintage PCM63 DAC and mod the hell out of it. Parts + unit cost won't exceed $400.

    If only compared to S6, mojo is a lot better. The S6's amp section sucks. The DAC section too is below average. The mojo in comparison sounds resolute, much better microdynamics. Treble is debatable though.

    Not fond of DAPs in general due to the compromises but I think Hidiz AP60 is VFM and acceptable SQ if you can look past the thin lower treble.
