Well, I finally see it listed on the Noble audio site: https://nobleaudio.com/products/xm-1 Interestingly, my first set came loose at the iem housing the 4 point connector, but the amazing guys at Bloom immediately sent a replacement. But the replacement arrived with a new issue, the left ear...

They put high bias(required for the xmems) amplifiers in each earbud, so yes juice for the amps. The dac is in the usb plug, I believe.

Interestingly over the last few weeks of testing on my Samsung Flip 5, the hiss has disappeared. Now basking in pure music. But I still dont see any official anouncements of XM1 on the Noble site, hope its not entangled in IP wars with other competitors of xmems.

Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

I'm really loving mine, coupled with my Galaxy flip, it becomes my regular on the go hifi setup, no separate DAP or DAC required (I did a few of my own hacks for usability, as in the photos below).

Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Yeah I'm no basshead either, and found it spot on, full, scales well, does not over power the mids and generally compares well with the BQEYZ Wind which uses a BC driver along with a DD to extend the bass feel and depth. Of course it dosent have the finess and tightness of over the ear planars...

Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Found this online a while back: https://audio46.com/blogs/headphones/noble-audio-xm1-review-new-xmems-driver#:~:text=The Noble XM1 IEMs have,of these IEMs screams innovation. Bought it myself about 10 days back, and been testing it on and off for about a week. Found the stock tips a bit painful...

So finally tested them with the Divinus Velvet ear tips, fit perfectly, now I can listen hours without hardly feeling it in my ear. Tested it against the HiFiman Ananda Nano powered by the Cayin RU7 (yeah, not a just comparison), but the sound was so close, and filling. Of course the XM1s don't...

Yeah found that strange too, not picked up in any of the hifi iem review sites either, yet. Been testing randomly for about a week now, love the clarity. But looking for better tips than the stock ones.

Yeah, I concur with the review above, I'm not much of a audiophile, but I do have a BQEYZ Wind + Cayin RU7 DAC, and the XM1 just gives it that extra touch of clarity throughout without missing on the bass depth and feel of the Wind (DD + BC driver). It digs a bit deeper in the ear canal though...

aptX Adaptive / aptX Lossless USB Transmitters

I know, my device is on 14 with a qualcomm chip (snapdragon 8 gen 2), but no aptx adaptive :frowning2:

aptX Adaptive / aptX Lossless USB Transmitters

I have the exact same experience, using AAC the Bass is a bit overwhelming, but moving to Aptx Adaptive HQ(W5 adapter) just about everything improves by miles, clarity, bass quality, mids et all. And using a bit of EQ on the mids, they really start to sing, almost matching my over the ear cans...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Finally received the Aurvana Ace 2, and paired them to my Android with a Creative BT-W5 adapter to use the best connection (Aptx Adaptive HQ), and the results are pretty damp so far. The Bose ultra earbuds sound way more full, smooth and airy then the Aurvana (same EQ applied to both, lowering...
