Thats perfectly fine, if they sold a replacement battery as a standalone thing. There is nothing complex about doing the replacement yourself, except that you cant buy the battery anywhere. Cell-phone batteries are significantly harder to replace, yet don't cost $150+ to do so.- nsolarz

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
no other markings. The other issue is that there are no cell balance leads, and it is apparently an uncommon connector for a Lipo (I talked to a guy from an RC hobby shop to see if they had anything comparable). It is the 8 allenhead screws on bottom. The battery is taped to the top shell with a...- nsolarz

Chord Mojo(1) DAC-amp ☆★►FAQ in 3rd post!◄★☆
The battery recently failed in my Chord Mojo to the point where it would turn on then immediately shut down again. As I am in the US, I was directed to a third-party repair shop, which wanted $100 per hour plus $55 for parts to replace the battery, which is absolutely crazy. My chord sits at my...- nsolarz

Hi, please forgive my lack of proper terminology, as I'm new to the CIEM world. I just got a pair of 64 Audio A6s which I'm really enjoying. I was wondering if there are more "traditional" cables out there that don't wrap around my ears, but rather drop straight down from the iem. if someone...- nsolarz

1964 Ears Adel IEMs
How is the isolation on the A series? I'm interested in getting a pair, but my main listening locations will be in the office and or traveling, and I'm concerned the ADEL port will let too much ambient noise in. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance- nsolarz

Custom IEM's with a $400-$600 budgget?
So I've been browsing around and im thinking about getting custom IEM's. my price range dictates that I stay in the 400-600 range. While i don't consider myself an audiophile, im really looking for the comfort of customs over universals right now. That said, I would always appreciate a higher...- nsolarz
