I have two yggy og a2 dacs in different locations. OG A2 is a great dac. For me if I needed another yggdrasil I would probably lean more towards MIB as I enjoy treble detail and don't need a more laid back presentation.

They're all close to each other. We're talking about small differences.

I haven't tried LIM or MIB myself but the general consensus seems to be LIM is more laid back, while MIB is more technical. It really depends on your preference.

I don't think we'll see a successor for a while. The dac200 is going to be relevant for decades to come. It is possible we will see a new file format or super high dsd rates such as dsd 4096 but I question the benefit achieved through them. Scaling with HQ player surely has it's draw backs...
