from what I gathered from looking through the headset/headphone guide, the best set is a toss up between the K701/702, K712 Pro, DT 990, and the Sennheiser 598.

Unfortunately, after a little bit of research, I found that the sennheiser GSX is not compatible with the xbox...I would prefer something that works cross platform. I have a 360, xbox one, ps3, ps4, and a gaming desktop.
