    Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX

Late reply but I see it now. I suspect they just rolled the update out in stages.

The update doesn't show for me at all so perhaps they've pulled it. You must not be the only person having issues.

The firmware has been at 1.2.9 since got mine. If you plan on messing with the EQ the crackling is definitely there. If you use the default then it’s not a problem. I don’t mind the touch controls but the only one I use regularly is the pause and play one honestly.

Wait... you actually enjoyed them? :) I actually like the less touchy/responsive touch controls, and at least in my case I've found very deliberate touches work quite well. However the loss of the swipe up sucks. I didn't even know the H9v3s had that. That said, I just keep doing what I used...

    Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX

Have you ever tried the Arctis 9X headset? I bought a pair over a year ago now and they've been great for gaming purposes and work pretty well for movies in a pinch too. The only issues were I wish they had a transparency mode and the cloth pads were a bit itchy for me, they've got some fake...

    Bang & Olufsen Beoplay HX

Haven't posted here in years, but then I haven't bought new headphones in some time. Last nice pair of headphones I bought were the Beoplay H6 2nd Gen models. I think I got them in 2016? They'e been my primary headphones other than a pair of AirPods which I use primarily for podcasts and phone...

    iPhone Headphone Compatability List

I just did the same thing with my stock iPhone headphones. Except I used my Harmon/Kardon (ety) ep720's as the replacement earbuds. Seems to have worked quite well and the ep720's match the cable quite nicely. Solves my issue of wanting the mic/button switch but not being able to wear the apple...

Apple - Wrong product delivered, no Apple packaging, iPod in a plastic bag!

I can only imagine that Aevum must have had a really bad experience. Generally speaking Apple's product support has always been very good to me. When my Laptop battery went bad after 4 months the official Apple store I went to basically took a brand new one off the shelf and handed it to me...

    Small Speaker

I don't believe the Super Zeros are even made any more. If you go "too" small speakers simply don't have the physical possibility of sounding as good anymore. I have a pair of NHT SB-1's that I absolutely love hooked up to my NAD C-350. They the SB-1's are the replacement for the Super...

    Audio Hijack Pro 2 released

I use this app quite a bit as well. Thanks for the heads up. I had a friend ask if there was something similar for PC. Does anyone know of anything? Jamie

    Headphones For School Kids

This is probably the oddest question you have ever had but I'm looking for a phone that will stand up reasonably well to a bunch of 2nd 3rd and 4th graders. It doesn't have to sound too good but it does need to take a beating and keep on making noise. It would also be nice if the phones...

    Griffin iMic

forgot to mention that about the software. The problem is that Apple's dvd player does not pass the true audio information to the sound manager if it did or if there was an option to enable that sonica wouldn't need VLC to make that happen. VLC is actually not programmed by m-audio. It is a free...
