You had missed a step. You should search for this file: msm8719 and select it. Once you selected the file, system will show the size of the file instead of 0/287. And you can start the updating. Hope it helps!

Cool....you have VE RunAbout Plus too. I tried on my e12 and was surprised that no sound coming out when R6 volume was set at zero, only some cracking sound coming when I started to crank up R6 volume.
