Ps I'm getting a good seal in both ears so the poor performance (in comparison to Comply's) is not due to poor fit.

Yes, one would "assume"  but... I'm wondering what people's ACTUAL experience has been when comparing the Comply's to the custom ACS. 

Just got the custom tips for my HF3. The sound seems more balanced than any other tips I've tried with the Ety's but I'm a little surprised that I seem to get better isolation with Comply's. Isolation and comfort where that main reasons to get the custom tips. Has anyone else had that experience?

Anyone know of a good hard case for the amperior?

This question has almost certainly been asked before but, after searching I can't find a direct comparison. Any thoughts on whether the iPod Classic has an audible sound quality advantage over the iPhone5?

PS. What's so infuriating is that it's like Sony invented a new kind of  malfunction just to plague these IEMs and make the point that, you never get something for nothing. Seriously who has ever heard of this kind of malfunction. It's absurd.
