i suck ass with a soldering iron and i'm a bit nervouse about going near my sr-325s with one esp with the magnet right there. I think i will get them recabled at headphile to be on the safe side.

I can get the backs off but how do i get the driver off the plastic piece? im pretty sure the wire is shorting out but i want to make sure there isnt a wrinkle in the driver before i send them off to headphile.
