$250 on Headphones & related gear

Hmm. Prehaps I should of been a bit more descriptive in my original post. On Trademe, a New Zealands biggest 2nd hand good site (1/4 of NZ's population has membership on it) theres only been 1 2nd hand Grado sold in the last 2 months. And I am going to wear these headphones everywhere, that...

$250 on Headphones & related gear

The problem is that I don't believe you can ship Grados out of the country, and Grados are terribly overpriced here in New Zealand, running at $300 US For a 225. Plus I was looking for something a bit more comfortable than the Grados.

After shipping they would be around $230. Why wouldn't I want to use a A900 outside?

Audio Technica A900s or Sennheiser HD25s for metal?

Hello, I am interested in these two cans. They will be used mainly for metal. They will be used portably, stored in my bag so I would need them to be durabile. I know that the A900s aren't meant for portability, but any headphone is portable Shipping to over here is rather expensive, so the...

    $150 IEMs for metal?

Hello Head-Fi! I am looking for some IEMs for metal, as stated in my title. I need IEMs because I like to just put my headphones in my pocket, I need isolation, and I need minimum leak. I would also prefer for them to be durabile, as said before, they will be stored in my pocket. Thank you for...

Another "What Headphone" thread, $200 Budget. Sorry :(

Can a mod please delete my other thread, $200, HD-1s or something differant. I called them HD-1s instead of HD25-1s These are going to be used with a H320. They need to have isolation and no leak, as they are going to be used in both quiet envionment and a loud environment. I listen to metal...

Even though they are going to be used as a portable setup, any headphone is portable I know the Beyer...

    Portable metalhead phones for $150?

What are the best metal portable headphones for $150? The source will be a portable audio player, most likely a iRiver H120 or H320. My budget raising from $40 to $150, I thought it would be best to make another thread. I will be using these in both noisy environments and quiet environments, so...
