Volume Pot Cleaning - HeadAmp Pico+Dac
I purchased this used in late 2013 and it has always had a slight static noise in the right channel when adjusting the volume. I didn't use it for quite awhile due to some stuff happening in my personal life. I recently got a replacement casing and battery for it (I had lost the rear panel when...- jolness

HeadAmp Pico+DAC Replacement Parts
How did you contact him? I tried using the form on the website and haven't heard back either time (tried again the day I posted this) I have heard nothing but good things about them but thought maybe there was a better way or something had happened. I could try the email address listed instead...- jolness

IEM broken pins for connectors on earpiece
It's broken off so the plug is recessed, Ill have to go through the thread a bit more.. I feel comfortable doing the electronics just not sure how to pull it apart and put it back together and keep it looking nice. I don't much about custom IEM construction. This is really helpful though, thank...- jolness

IEM broken pins for connectors on earpiece
I have a set of custom IEMs that the pins broke off in the connector on the earpiece itself and they're in so far I cant remove them. I tried contacting the original company a few times and haven't heard back over the course of the last year. Been very busy but found them today while cleaning...- jolness

I'm confused. Please Suggest an IEM which suits my needs.
I have never even heard of the e10, much less actually listened to them. You could order the etymotic through a member here, or on the for sale threads. if the klipsch are too bassy, these will be perfect, stuningly accurate and clean crisp sound cymbals ring, not crash, guitars crunch in...- jolness

I'm confused. Please Suggest an IEM which suits my needs.
Bose is very expensive for what you get. Shures tend to have a warmer/thicker sound with rolled of treble. the klipsch sound nice, i would get the XBA series, have heard great things about them lately.... etymotic er4 also is a good buy...- jolness

Why do no audiophiles listen to electronic music?
^This, linglingjr hit it dead on IMO, While i feel like those artists mentioned are fantastic musicians, they are not as rewarding when it comes to disecting the piece, everything is out there, and heard exactly as it was meant, because its all done digitally, no flaws, no errant sounds... -
Shure se115 cable splitting
The shielding on my shure se115s (dont judge they were a gift, and while the sound signiture isnt perfect, they arent too bad honestly with a bright source or amp. I haven't used them in a few months, found them and noiced a small split in the shielding. My question is 4 fold. 1) Can they be...- jolness
