Did you get those shells that change color when light hits it at different angles? Those are nice! How's the impression of the s8p for you? I love my s8p

Had my 8p for a year now. Still the best bang for buck. Now I'm just shooting for TOTL that costs a kidney or two as my upgrade path.

I use the Tanchjim Oxygen cables for my S8pro.

I really want DD for bass but I don't really want to sacrifice the clarity of the rest of the signature. The S8P has been good to me and has spoiled me, everything else sounds muddy. Still saving up for a Roland but with the discussions going around, I read the Roland has recessed peaks? hmm..

A few hundred pages back I foretold that once Fearless drops a DD/hybrid setup, they will eat the game. Well here we are. The Roland.

wow that graph is sexy. roland and lancelot seem to be made of special sauce. the lancelot might have roll off in the upper range that id need to listen.. fearless is bonkers. i really want the tribrid roland tho it looks consistent across the freq range.

Tempted to sell my 8pro and grab the Roland or Lancelot. I need to whore myself out to work for a couple of weeks to justify it haha

Weird that the Roland would cost less than the Lancelot. Fearless first DD in a Tribrid setup is a win according to BGGAR. Now I just need 1029 dollars.

**** cable came in and gave it a try. uhm yes there's more separation between the frequencies but it also pushed the vocals frequency range further back and it changed the sound into something less personal and not in your face. yes the instrument separation is better and it sort of "opens"...

Aliexpress followed the prime day sale and i got the **** 7n pure silver balanced and the tanchjim upgrade cable single ended. Hopefully these are good buys

intrigue at the new fearless offerings. i want to try the roland and lancelot and i hope they make a hybrid dd-ba setup. also ive seen some more reviews of the s8pro and for those people on the fence about the s8f, the 8pro might be desirable

@warriorpoet @cr3ativ3 im intrigued about the symbio-w. it looks like a combination of the spinfit and comply. is it a perfect snug fit for the bore size of the fa s8f/pro/acme8? it ships from hong kong right? how was your experience with shipping?
