This thread has convinced me I want a pair of these. I was saving for the 50x but, honestly, this fits my low-budget life way better and seems like a super solid headphone

I've put some thought into it and based on the responses I've had so far I think my game-plan is that, all prices remaining the same, depending on how much I can set aside by May, I will buy either the Urbanites or the Momentums (since right now the Momentums are $100 more than the Urbanites...

Also I know the ATH M50x's are highly reviewed - I was considering them but wondered if they might be too "flat" or "neutral" for my tastes.

I still use on-ears. IEMs are just too easy for me to misplace or accidentally put through the wash in my pockets or something. I feel like for most people that isn't an issue, though.

When I asked the same kind of question I was told there really isn't enough of an audible difference to justify paying more for the XS. I mean, I guess if you have that kind of cash just lying around anyways, do it, but I don't see the point in having both.
