Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

I know right. I thought the elite 10 case was nicely sized but the LG.. Is tiny 😱. I need to do more testing but I do feel like there is alot more detail with the LG but the elite 10 does get louder. Comfort is good with both, but for my ears security is sooo much better with the LG. For me...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Yes the sound is different so it does appear to be working . With the one track I tested with they sounded more detailed but the bass was less impactful ( maybe due to my own custom eq which is in use when just using it in blurtooth mode), I really have to do more testing but so far I actually...

Good point The manual suggests the case supports aptx adaptive. Also see this review which includes frequency graphs (turn on english subtitles) Here is another review (Korean) that confirms aptx adaptive via the case

This first picture shows the LG T90S compared to the Jabra elite 10. Seriously the case is tiny!!! This picture shows that when connected to a Pixel 8 Pro the LG T90s just uses standard AAC (no aptx adaptive with the pixel sadly) Now the interesting part. If i press the switch on...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Very very weird. I only found them via 2 Korean reviews on YouTube that go into alot of detail. Then I noticed they ship via amazon germany and found one on the market place. Yet if u go to the official LG site there are no purchase options I'll post shortly with pictures comparing to...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

It includes both a 3.5 to usb and usb c to usb c cable Both can be used with the case so it can be a transmitter. It's similar to how it worked with the previous generation of LG buds but this time u also get audio put / calling support ( although I'm yet to test this)

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Really? For me it shows in grey that audio is compressed most of the time when using other earbuds . But when I used the case and cable with the LG t90s it didn't show that. It showed max high res flac. And I don't usually see that. So with tidal there is no way for it to display the actual real...

When I connect it shows me lossless flac in tidal.

Good spot ! Great earbuds picked these up the other day. It also appears as though the charging case enables aptx adaptative if you are using a phone (samsung or google for example) that does not support it

Yes I used to have them . They are excellent. Anc is better than the OnePlus and sound is general consumer friendly. Spatial audio actually works well this time too. I wish they had swipe controls for volume but other than that they were a great deal.

Only works on pixel and Sony devices . I've got it working on a pixel 8 pro .I had to disable ldac first though

Huge improvement in my opinion. They also have the mesh to protect from earwax getting into the bud. The azla asmr also work great with the xm5 too

I see alot of comments talking about the az80 but not sure if it's already been mentioned, but the tips for the az80 fit the xm5 nicely 👍👍
