This would be great to use with my phone loaded with .flac and my 598SE. I wonder how its sound signature would work with the Sennheisers. I've always wanted to try one of Fiio's products but haven't had the chance.

^This^   I've found the Codex pairs well with Audeze headphones in general. The shop where I work uses one to drive either LCD-2s or EL-8s (Closed) in balanced for our headphone demos. Fed by a Mac book with Audirvana. Great piece for the money. Love it as a preamp too.

I see, so even if the amp doesn't damage the headphones it may not be the best match in terms of sound quality. Additionally does using a balanced connection versus single ended change impedance matching concerns? Or is that a non issue?

A quick hypothetical question. If I was considering an amp, with a recommended headphone impedance of  32ohm- 600ohm. Does that mean it would damage a pair of headphones rated at 25ohms? I'm looking at getting a pair of AudioQuest's Nighthawks down the road and trying to find a balanced amp to...

Wow, that's a nice looking cable. It reminds me of chain mail almost. Does it feel as metallic as it looks? 

  We have one of our Pono players set up to play balanced through a pair of AudioQuest's Nighthawks. Its a great combination, and a great step up from unbalanced Nighthawks. Pono's balanced capabilities are i think a great asset for a DAP. I certainly wish there were more in that price range...

My observations have been similar, Jitterbug has a knack for making a difference in unexpected places. I haven't tested it in a router yet but AudioQuest claims it will make a difference there as well. I take it your mouse draws power from the USB line rather than battery? 

Range: Micro & Nano Model: iUSB 3.0   The necessity for the iPower and the inclusion of the active noise canceling seems like a dead give away since the iUSB is a power product. I suppose it could also be a clever misdirection...
