Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 seems to sound better outdoors than indoors?
I've owned the Momentum 2.0 for three weeks now and have tried them in different scenarios. And I discovered that when I was outside the Momentum sounded a little bit more fun and engaging while at home it sounded cleaner somehow. Is it just me or is there a logical explanation to this?- haozhendeng

Sennheiser Momentum vs Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) P7
Why do I feel like the Momentum is much 'brighter' and focused on the mids and highs than the P7?- haozhendeng

What's the best closed over ear headphones for listening to pop, rock, indie, country?
Sound signature I care for most: deep, punchy, textured bass, soundstage, well balanced with nice mid and highs, fun sounding suitable for pop, rock and indie so that you can't help dancing to the music. Portable, light and comfortable. Preferably don't need an amp to sound their best. Around...- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
I made a trip to the headphone store and auditioned some headphones today. Finally:) NAD HP50: Initially I used Aune B1 with these, but it turned out that the bass actually became somewhat muddy, so not much to my liking. Then I hooked them up with a portable USB DAC. This time the bass became...- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
Any other portable amp recommendations for HP50 that maybe sounds equally good? HP50 and HA-2 are a bit out of my budget :( Thanks- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
I've heard otherwise that the HP50 has some of the best soundstage at the $300 price tag for closed headphones. In terms of soundstage I don't think I'll have any problem with either of these. All I crave now is that hard hitting feeling... Is it true that the HP50 renders vocal more...- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
I just found out that I can get the Oppo HA-2 for a fair price. Do they bring about huge improvements? If so I think I would be very happy with this combo since I have to get an amp anyway whichever one of these two headphones I get.- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
So is it safe to say the bass on HP50 has more 'impact' than on DT770? By impact I mean speed, thrum, thump, percussion etc. You get the idea. I have no idea if this is the way to put it, but I like the instant explosion of bass with plenty of tightness... Which one of these two headphones...- haozhendeng

Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 80ohm or NAD VISO HP50?
To be honest I think the DT770 fits my need in terms of SQ very well, but it's not at all portable. That's the deal breaker. So it all comes down to whether HP50 has the same kind of bass as DT770..- haozhendeng
