Schiit Asgard 3 - Impressions Thread
I asked the UK distributor about the silver version and was told they're expecting stock at the end of this week. I would imagine they are getting more than just the silver version. The EU distributor only has the silver version listed, though.- guywithtwohands

New Beyerdynamic T1 (2nd Generation)
According to this review there should not be much of a difference as far as the amplifier's output impedance is concerned.- guywithtwohands

Schiit Asgard 3 - Impressions Thread
How much power does the Asgard 3 draw? I know it's listed as having a power consumption of 30 watts, but is that constant? Has anyone measured it? I'm asking specifically because I saw a review of a class A amplifier rated for 35 watts, but the reviewer stated that he had never seen it use...- guywithtwohands

New Beyerdynamic T1 (2nd Generation)
I ended up buying the 2nd gen version. So far I am quite happy with them as I feel that they more or less improve on every aspect of my other headphones. They have the very clear sound of the T90 but without the treble occasionally sounding like it's overpowering everything else. They are still...- guywithtwohands

New Beyerdynamic T1 (2nd Generation)
Thanks for replying. I don't expect either version of the T1 to be a problem for me in the treble area considering I have rarely encountered issues with the T90 and certainly not with either the HD 600 or 650. I suppose my only complaint about the sound of the T90 is that some music can sound...- guywithtwohands

Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO - Beyer's open-back mastering headphone
Yes. I was told they do not deliver directly to the country I'm located in. I find it quite strange that they don't deliver to most of Europe.- guywithtwohands

The Official Beyerdynamic T1 Impressions and Discussion Thread
How much extra would you say the 2nd generation is worth over the old T1? I have my eyes on a used T1 1st gen for a little over 400€ whereas a new T1 2nd gen is around 750-800€. From what I have gathered there are quite differing opinions on their sound with some stating that the 2nd gen is bad...- guywithtwohands

Beyerdynamic DT-1770: Product Info, Discussion and Impressions
Anyone here with both the discontinued T90 (or T70) and DT 1770/1990 who can comment on whether the way the headband cushion is attached to the metal band is at all similar? The cushion on my T90 has started flaking so I'm looking for a replacement and considering the model has been out of...- guywithtwohands

Beyerdynamic T90 Discussion and Support Thread
The headband cushion on my T90 has started falling apart. It's as if the fibers are coming off. As far as I can see, the only way of possibly acquiring a new one is to contact Beyerdynamic directly, probably because the headphones have been discontinued for years, which I might do, but I also...- guywithtwohands

The Schiitstorm: Next-Gen Magni 2 and Modi 2 Family!
Thanks for replying and I agree. I think I'm just gonna save the money and go for the regular version since I don't have a use for the preamp outputs at the moment and don't see that being the case in the near future. The nicer finish is of course nice but probably not worth it with the preamp...- guywithtwohands
