It's all up to the volume. You can go deaf on Normal as well if you turn it up too much. But I agree that Normal is enough most times.

I prefer the closed backs too. I'm looking forward to get a pair of cans as great as the iDSD is.

I think I should buy one pair of HP for each sound signature, one for energetic genres, the other for the softer ones. The question is the sound sig which I should choose first. Renato Fury, why not to include the DT 1770 in the comparison?

It's the only negative review I've read on the Aeon Flow so far which is too weak to be considered.
