Emu 0404 + RCA Amp setup?

I'll start off apologizing for my ignorance, and state that I have read the manual, and just want to make sure I'm going about doing this right as I'm not very technically minded and haven't done this before. I currently have an emu0404 usb connected to my computer via usb for phone listening...

Help a beginner set up a DAC / Amp.

Hey there, I'll acknowledge that I've looked around but I'm still totally incompetent and want to make sure I'm on the right track before I invest any money so I was hoping you folks could help me out.   Anyway, currently I'm just using an Emu 0404 but I was planning to purchase a Little Dot...

    Question for swan m10 owners.

So I recently set up a pair of swan m10s and everything is fine and dandy but the stereo channels are reversed. I was just wondering if this is a common problem or did I just get unlucky? It struck me as kind of odd that the rca cables were coloured red and yellow though.

    Speakers into mic line damage?

So I was setting up my Swan M10s and obviously not paying as much attention as I should have been, and I ended up plugging it into the mic line in instead of the headphone / lineout right beside it.   The speakers sound ok now that they are in the right jack, albeit I don't have a mic lying...

    Extending RCA Cabling.

Quote: Just curious, how did you measure it, ABX?   I was a little sketched out when I saw somebody say this on monoprice (http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=102&cp_id=10218&cs_id=1021810&p_id=653&seq=1&format=4#feedback)   "My sub kept randomly emitting a...

    Extending RCA Cabling.

Hey, apologize for being a complete dolt when it comes to things like this, and I hope this is the most appropriate forum.   I purchased a set of swan m-10s just to use with my desktop, but the rca connections to the sub are far too short so I'm wondering about how I would go extending them...

    Emu 0404 USB Melting 0_o

I haven't posted here lately but I thought I would update for those with any interest. The 0404 was under warranty so after dealing with support I was able to exchange it for a new one. It was about a 3 week turnaround but my warranty was extended by that same amount of time.

    Looking at swan m10s

Hey there, I'm currently running a 0404 usb with 595s through asio in foobar using emu's native asio drivers. Now it works just peachy for what I'm using it for, but there are times when I don't feel like wearing cans, or would just like to put something on in the background for when I have...
