Headaches from using Sennheisers?
Not sure it's disk access. The crackling is repeatable, sounds the same at the same point in the sound everytime, regardless of volume. I didn't think I was listening to my headphones too loud. I will turn them down and see what happens(in regards to the headaches). I'll try just wearing them...- Deathwing

Headaches from using Sennheisers?
I just bought a pair of HD595's. For about the last 4 days, I get headaches from using them, any listening session 30+ minutes. My gf jokes that I have a huge noggin, which probably isn't wrong. Am I wearing them wrong? Should the head strap be more towards the front or the back? Are new...- Deathwing

I understand the difference in separation between headphones and physical speakers...but I can't go back to speakers, these headphones sound too nice!
