Good, wireless, open ear earbuds that can fit in a pocket?
Hello all! It's been some years but I'm on the market for something that I'm not sure how to search for. I need earbuds (or an equivalent) that are truly open ear. Unfortunately earbuds with an ambient sound option don't work since I can hear the artificial noise made to emulate passthrough...- DarkDreamT2

Sennheiser HD518 HD558 HD598 HD559 HD589 HD579 HD599 Support Thread
Very near max. And the bass seems ok unless the song has a lot of it, then it's suuuuper garbled like a speaker is starting to blow out.- DarkDreamT2

Hey guys. Just got a pair of 518s for the cheapest of prices and a jds labs cmoybb. I'm not sure if it's the headphones, the amp, or what, but whenever I listen to a song on my galaxy s5 that has a lot of bass on high volume (with bass boost off) i end up getting this crunchy garbled sound. I'm...- DarkDreamT2

Best Headphones for use with a cellphone
Hello all. I'm back again for your top notch advice on all things audio. My ATH-M50x just died and I'm once again on the market for headphones. This time around tho, I'm looking for something a bit specific. I've done lots of reading on the HD600 and it's universality and neutrality really...- DarkDreamT2

New Audio Technica ATH-M50x with Removable Cable
Ok stranger still... I put on the cans to listen to them after about an hour and everything sounded great. After a while to, the bass seemed to petter off and lose its pronounced definition. I tested this with the same song and there was a notable difference. Are my ears just adjusting to the...- DarkDreamT2

New Audio Technica ATH-M50x with Removable Cable
Ok so I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I'm listening on my galaxy s5, and when I'm listening normally the mids and highs sound phenomenal but the bass sounds only slightly better than the 20$ sony headphones ive just replaced with these. I tried turning the bass up in the little sound...- DarkDreamT2

Really? That sounds sick. EDIT- realized I forgot to specify closed. Made an edit in the op as a result. Are there any good closed headphones out there that could do the job?- DarkDreamT2

Need help with a gaming headset
Wait it needs a modded mic? I'm still fairly new to headphones and don't want to really start off having to learn to mod to get the functionality out of it- DarkDreamT2

Need help with a gaming headset
I knew I forgot to mention something. I'm trying not to break 350, and I will need mic functionality Primarily for the ps4, but I'd also like it if the mic worked for Android as well.- DarkDreamT2

Need help with a gaming headset
Hello all! I posted here around this time last year asking about midrange headphones without much actual purpose and even less money. Now I've returned with both a job and a mission: I need a solid gaming headset that I can use as regular headphones. I've heard nothing but praise and...- DarkDreamT2

Looking for a midrange or lower well rounded closed pair of headphones with a good soundstage
nah nevermind on that. basically the review said that you'd need the volume up higher because it didn't have much sensitivity but I don't think that'll really be a problem- DarkDreamT2
