Sir, Opening a Device to update the firmware isn't something the end user should do on a brand new product. Let's be honest,you released a product with a flawed firmware and now the end user who spent their hard earned cash should tinker with the device to have a normal functioning one...

I don't understand what you mean,we can update the firmware trough usb to turn the rgb off but regarding the volume that goes random to 0 we have to open the K7 and use a usb bridge....I'm confused,either you can flash it trough usb b or not...

You are welcome. Btw you can get them cheaper on fiio-shop de. Consider that is a very mediocre mid focussed earbud (especially female vocals). Don't expect any miracle for the price.

There you go. it's a bit smaller and also it has better fit. It's a standard Fit where the Mx500 is on the bigger size.

@FiiO Are you guys developing a software/tool to update the K7 firmware or we need the external USB bridge no matter what? I have the 1.22 ver. and i'm facing the same volume issue,it randomly drops to 0 and then it goes back to normal.

Too stiff,the quality of the outer layer is very bad and gets weird bends even when straighten. Any super cheap cable is better then the included one.

Got one pair and i'm quite disappointed, the cable is unbearable and the sound is meh,tested with Fiio K7 and those buds lacks any kind of energy from top to bottom,besides the mids the rest is quite mediocre.

490 grams for a gaming headset is a bit too much imho.

there is the white led already that indicates the unit status and the source you are using.An option to turn the ring on or off via software would be the best solution imho.
