    man, im glad I found this thread. My right channel is just like the op stated. Bought mine second hand and dont know how long ago they were bought. what could I do to fix these?   *edit*   nope, its my FiiO E9 that is bad!!!!!

    i just connected my xonar to the receiver and I did not notice anything at all! So yeah there is no benefit at all in my case

    Ok guy, here is my current set up on my pc   Beyerdynamic DT 880 250 ohm version powered by a Harman Kardon AVR330.   I have a Asus Xonar DX running in my HTPC. Will the Xonar benefit me if I install it on my computer?   I have the pc connected to the receiver via coaxial sound cable.
