@zach915m To confirm, the Eikon + Auteur Non-perf Pad = most "linear" of your closed options? Is this essentially easing off the bass a touch, or affecting elsewhere? Anyone try this yet?

@mwhals I’d say go for it. I’m partial to the teak, based off the photos, but something tells me the Blackwood with the black jewelry would knock your socks off in person.

FWIW, I'd be glad to offer a suggestion that I've personally used for approximately 6-8 years, self-managed or hosted.

The Atticus has the potential for a good amount of slam, and handles macro-dynamics exceedingly well. That said, it comes down to what amp is driving it. My SS hits harder than my tube amp, so amp characteristics come into play. No experience with the LCD-2, so YMMV.
