I didn't check in the settings, mine went off while I was sitting near it and I hadn't listen to music since the night before it's the reason why I found out about that behavior. Will check later if there's a 12/24h option, 24h is fine for me.

did you notice that it switches off after 24 hours in pause, or is it only mine that is doing that?

The initial scan on the boot is really the only annoying thing, except for that tiny problem the nwa55 is really a great DAP. Maybe the possibility of typing a search by name, song or author would be nice but then it would be nearly perfect for 168€ :)

Never bought a Sony sd card, mine is a Samsung 512gb and it was recognised without a problem. Those with 1tb could give their feedback though, it would be interesting.
