A strange thing I noticed today: on the back of my MarkLevinson 519 DAC there is 2 sockets to put USB Stick with music files. And... the files stored in an old 64 GB stick ( Corsair) sound better than the same stored in a brand new 1 TB stick!?! Is it my ears playing tricks on me or is it...

very interesting, but I do not understand clearly if you prefer your AP with OtL or with Fifth Ode. And can you also tell us how much better it is than with the stock cable ? ( I Owe N30AP + AP, and I tried several expensive third party cables, and... always came back to the original stock cable)

I also love my HP100SE. It is good wit my DAP, but with my ED445 Tube Amp is it a REVELATION ! Increadible synergy with this tube amp ! So I wonder if geting a S950 for the people who already have a HP100SE makes sence ?

Dear all I live in morroco now and the 220 volt is really bad quality with voltage surges at +260v that cas destroy any hi-fi equipment. I am considering using a STROMTANK power generator to have a safe and clean curent. -> Has anyone use such battery based solution ?

Great synergy between the HP100 and my « old » Eddy Curent 445 amp !! Grado really loves tubes… ;-)
