Girlfriend Friendly IEM's
Hi there, So my girlfriend is always going on about my headphone obsession. I want to get her a pair of IEM's to show her how much better her music could sound when not played through ipod headphones. However, I know almost nothing about IEM's, all my phones are over-ear. Therefore I...- Blakers

Denon D2000 vs Ultrasone Pro 900: A Review and Comparison
One thing I've noticed with the pro900's is that decent quality sound files are an absolute must... without high bit-rate, well mastered tracks, the pro 900 can sound fairly abysmal, something other headphones are better able to cover up. They've made me slightly ocd about opening my music in...- Blakers

Ultrasone Pro 900 Impressions Thread
I've had a pair since about July, and absolutely love them. They are massively good for drum & bass, dubstep.. infact electronic music in general. I got them from the same place (buy authorised on ebay for $320) There are probably not the best headphones to go for if you listen to...- Blakers

Calling All Pro 900 Owners
So, I own a pair of pro 900's... great pair of cans, absolutely love them to bits, however I've somehow managed to pull the wires off the 1/4" jack on the long Neutrik cable. It shouldn't be a problem to solder back together, however, I'm not sure which wires to solder to which points on...- Blakers

Phiaton MS400 / Sennheiser HD25-II, Which would you buy?
Cheers for that.. Looking at the Sure's now aswell ;-) One thing I'm not so "sure" about though ;-).. Is whether I'll need a portable amp for the sennheisers. Looking at the reviews you posted, it seems like I definitely wouldn't for the phiatons, but the sennheisers look like they have a...- Blakers

Phiaton MS400 / Sennheiser HD25-II, Which would you buy?
Hi all, I'm new here, but i've been keeping an eye on the threads over the last few weeks as I'm in need of some advice on new headphones. I'm looking for something that has a fairly good chance of blocking out the sound of next doors child, and the dance festival that the flat...- Blakers
