I have the Penrose and the PC38X (using controller). I think they’re both very good. I think you’ll be happy with the PC38X.

I have a big head, hat size 7 5/8”, and I don’t have any issues with comfort. Yeah they’re heavier than a passive headphone but after awhile these break in nicely. I don’t have another planar wireless headset to compare them too though... Can you guys recommend a pair that works with the PS5?
