Player or DAC...which to consider upgrading first?
why not buy a good CD player that has a good DAC already inside? If you mainly used CDs then i would go for that :)- bacardi

interesting, thanks for the advice guys, and what the heck, never thought there are other revisions of the dsp, how can i tell which one i have? Though mine came with jumpers, and i ordered it some time in august, how hard is it to replace anyway?- bacardi

C-2 SA has no ACSS inputs right? So i'm limited to RCA with my DAC19, i guess i'm gonna go for a C-2 and use ACSS, since i don't want to buy expensive RCA cables ;)- bacardi

replacing some caps
it's a vincent sv-129, got tired of the sound it made and i decided to upgrade it, just replaced the transformer caps with 2 nichicons, it's good :)- bacardi
