I have the regular cable which comes with it.....   I am looking for a carrying case for on the go. But anyway how is that larger case called?

Hi everybody I just ordered my 3rd IE8(i). I am looking for a hard case because my last one broke. I initially thought about an otterbox but it seems that they just sell phone cases now. Can someone give me an advice?

What is the tape mod? What are the benefits of a silver cable? Are they as soft as the original cable?

Just because i think the IE80 have kind of an ugly silver housing. And then i've read that the overall bass of the IE80 is weaker. The IE8 is more expensive than the IE80 here in Switzerland... I guess it gonna be sold out soon.

I have now a Phonak Audéo PFE 232. it has never the bass warmth of the Sennheiser IE8! Since i am still in the 30 days return time i gonna return them. I'll try the Aurisonics.

Hi Folks,   i used on my Shure SE315 always the  Gray Soft Flex Sleeves and was very happy with them.    Is there something for Sennheiser IE8's? They sound great but don't fit really.   http://www.shure.com/europe/products/accessories/earphones-headphones/sleeves/index.htm
