Sorry, this is just a bit confusing for me. With this power supply and the Lepai 2020A amp, it can power my speakers to a clean and audible volume? The speakers are about 15 feet away in a fairly small place. 

Cheap enough. You bring up a good point about it being able to power the speakers. Is there a way to figure that out besides trial and error?

Ha, craigslist could really work. I live in NYC, so craigslist became such a common place to buy second hand stuff.   The projector has a 3.5mm output but, the audio could also be run through the PC which has 8 channels.

I understand that the quality will blow. It just might be awhile until I can make a more serious funding for speakers. So I just need something that will hold me over. Even if it's buying used speakers and subwoofer.
