the measurement on the graph was done into which load? that could potentially make a big difference(although unlikely for a 300ohm headphone).
on the other hand, louder low end doesn't mean better driven or better source in any way. for example a 120ohm amp will create a bigger bass bump on the 650, but it can hardly be seen as objective improvement.
my guess is that different feedback about the mojo may simply come from people having a different reference sound. I often read about perfectly fine DACs or amps perceived as bright or sterile by some users. as the devices in question are factually not anything but very flat and good into the load discussed, I assume the person is just used to a warmer or less linear sound, and as a result finds anything else bright or boring.
it's the same as someone judging a hd600 when used to a 650 vs another guy used to a hd800. with a shift in reference, where we're standing also shifts.
