1. If I didn't remember wrong, you have mentioned display issue with some words before. Would you mind sending some samples to us? Our engineers are still trying to fix this issue.
2. What's the format of your songs having the issue with gapless?
3. We will add Replaygain in latter firmware.

Will there be a firmware that will optimize the speed of the X1II? As it is now even with FW 1.6.0 it's still pretty laggy. Maybe it's a hardware thing and it's as fast as it's going to get.

Sorry yes the FW1.6.2 only mentioned in the FiiO forum but didn't release like other stabe firmware does.

Found a bug in latest firmware - headphone balance is not working while in bluetooth mode - it simply doesn't react to balance changes. Also performance is still rather slow.
